Publication of Prospectus

Reference is made to the issuance of a EUR 300 million senior secured bond 2020/2025 with ISIN: NO0010874548 (the "Bonds"). The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today approved a prospectus dated 9 July 2020 (the "Prospectus") covering the listing of the Bonds on Oslo Børs. The admission to listing of the Bonds is expected to take place on 10 July 2020 under the ticker code "EXPLO01”. The Prospectus and a summary of the Prospectus is enclosed with this release.
