Reference is made to the Amendments to Senior Term and Revolving Facilities Agreement dated 26 February 2021.

The minimum Consolidated EBITDA test, to the benefit of Lenders under the Revolving Facility, that applies during the Suspension Period has been waived for the Quarter Period ending 30 June 2022.
